Thank you for contacting Cargo Tank Compliance LLC. We provide cargo tank inspector training on-site at your facility. This training is hand-on and meets the federal function specific training for pressure relief device bench testing, thickness testing, and spark testing calibrations. Our one-day training class is customized to only the types of cargo tanks you test and inspect. You won't lose your inspector(s) for two to three days to travel to a training class. Avoid the fines FMCSA charges for failing to train your inspector every three years. Training schedule for 2026
This is the itinerary of the states we plan to travel through presenting in-person one-day cargo tank inspector training classes.
Starting in April 2026, we will travel through Southern California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Virginia, North Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.
​We do offer Zoom training classes for those facilities than can't wait until we travel through your area to present the hands-on training.
Our Experience
My professional commercial background and experience consists of working as a Hazardous Materials Specialist for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and includes thirty two years in cargo tank inspections, cargo tank facility compliance investigations, and commercial industry education. In addition, I worked as a Hazardous Materials Instructor for the National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) providing Registered Inspector training for fifteen years and as a cargo tank roadside inspection trainer for the FMCSA National Training Center for twenty years.
